Hey South Shore,

Late April, and the weekends keep trying to outdo each other. Last weekend slipped by fast, and the calendar's already pulling us into the next one. Around here, you can feel the rhythm changing. What used to take weekend planning now just falls into place.

This one builds from morning to night. Saturday starts with a Kite Festival at Overlook Beach, moves through an afternoon waterfront party, and lands at Napoleon Dynamite getting the live anniversary treatment at the Patchogue Theatre. Friday has a vineyard afternoon in Sayville, and Thursday opens with a touring comedian. Scroll through and find your lane.

If this newsletter has helped you find a show, discover a spot, or figure out what to do on a Saturday, we'd love to hear about it. Hearing from readers is the reason we do this every Thursday morning. So without further ado, let's get into it.

Quick heads up: rain's in the forecast this weekend and some outdoor events may have already been canceled. Check with the venue before you head out.
