Saturday night has two completely different shows starting at the exact same hour, twelve miles apart. Sunday, Sayville shuts down Main Street for the kind of afternoon that turns into a full day. Sayville shuts down Main Street on Sunday for its annual spring street festival, and the lineup reads like a neighborhood block party turned community-wide celebration. Live music, food vendors, crafts, a petting zoo, bounce house, scavenger hunt, raffle table, jelly bean jar contest, and a spring bonnet contest. The Spring Bunny will be making rounds. Local shops along Main Street are running specials all afternoon, so plan for a stroll that turns into a full day.

Friday evenings at Loughlin Vineyard now belong to oysters, wine, and fire pits.
