The real last Block Party of 2026 leads it off Thursday, taking over Deer Park Ave from 5 to 9 with music, food, and one more downtown night before summer closes. From there it spreads wide: a full day of live salsa in Brentwood on Saturday, a new run of Rocky up at CMPAC, and Ellen Greene herself hosting Little Shop of Horrors in Patchogue on Sunday. Thursday might see a passing shower by evening, so glance at the sky before the party, but Friday through Sunday clears into the best weekend sky we've had in weeks.
